The Story of a Garden

This year we planted most of our garden from seed,

and these little guys became my little "babies."

March - babies growing!

May - finally moved out of the house

squash - grew extremely quickly

June - full swing!

August

End results: Beans bombed, squash was okay, tomatoes

were great and plentiful. I've tried green peppers but

they never grew... but this year I tried them from seed

and they went nuts! Woo-hoo!

Thursdays- part 2

So where are the big kids on Thursdays?

They spend a day with various tutors and

about 8 other kids in their class...

doing all the experiments I don't want to do!

Like learning about cells with jello and candy...

Grandpa fixed several bikes, including Amelie's new

pink bike, which was a huge hit.

The Big Gift

Grandma and Grandpa came into town for Dem's 9th birthday...

Friday night the girl's went to the mall for Demaree's big

gift- pierced ears.
