Machen's soccer tournament: I forgot my camera until we were leaving (!).
He was thrilled they eeked out a win and dear friends came to watch him.

Soccer has been a highlight for Mach this year.
He made the middle school team and it's kept
all of us on our toes keeping up with it,
but we all love it.
I love it because he does lots of this:


run, baby, run.

 

 

 

Science at the Arboretum

We've been studying flowers in science and since the
arboretum is 5 minutes from Machdog's school, we
managed a visit last week.

 

They all took their flower sketches very seriously.

 

I love this place.
