Fall Days

She rides her bike singing, climbs this tree singing, constantly
in her own world oblivious to anyone or anything else.
As she ran out the door to play today she called
 "don't worry about me, Mother, I'm a cowgirl and
I'm getting my friends."

Farm!

A friend organized a fun-filled afternoon at a local farm.
Between the hayride, a lesson about fall foods,
 and the giant slide, we had a ball!

 

 

 

 

 

The corn maze had us stumped (even the moms!),
but we made it out after a mere 45 minutes!

 

Falcon Soccer

Machen has thoroughly enjoyed his soccer season at school.
While I think he enjoys soccer, he LOVES playing
on the same team as his friends from school.

 

 

 

These guys have known each other since they were two.
It's very fun to watch them anticipate each other's moves on the field
 

Ballet

Amelie completed the first fall session of her ballet class this week.
She loves it!
 

 

 

 

 

Youth Group

We had the privilege of hosting the youth group
here on Friday night.

This cutie helps her parents keep the kids in order.
(And Charlie and Dem ADORE her)


The firepit got lots of action despite the rather warm evening.

Things got pretty exciting when the apple bobbing started...
