Where the Magic Happens

This is in honor of Jonesy.

Our schoolroom is in our unfinished but water-proof basement.

It's worked extremely well for us to have a spot in the house designated

for education (and toys!). I sit at this table and do lessons

with whoever is "up" while the other kids study mostly upstairs in our office

and the kitchen table (and the piano!). Amelie has plenty of room

to play with toys down here or run on the treadmill. Ha.

My hutch "find" free on the road.

It has been home to art stuff underneath and

the bulk of our studies on top.

My Mom stained it and tiled the top for me.

Now THATS love.
