Amelie's 3rd birthday began looking like this:
We started with sibling gifts...
We got curly girl dressed before round 2
Who knew the cupcakes would be such a hit with all?
We had a wonderful day celebrating these 3 years
we've had with Amelie.
As we celebrated on Saturday, we
found out Grandpa Jack had died peacefully in his sleep
earlier that day.
How thankful we are to God for these dear and
precious lives he has placed in ours.
"The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord."

She is so grown up! And so curly.
Happy late birthday sweet Amelie! We can rejoice in knowing that Grandpa is in heaven now with Grandma Martha. The Lord is merciful and I am grateful for a peaceful passing.
