11 months

Molly Moo is officially a mere month from her big first birthday.
She's already mastered walking, climbing the stairs,
and added climbing the ladder to the bunk beds
to her resume this week.
Will she survive whats next? Will her mother?

Catechism

Right before Christmas, Mach successfully recited the entire Children's Catechism to an elder at our church. His reward? $50 towards whatever he wanted. He never wavered (though I tried all options I could think of), from his original request: a Steelers jersey. Once his mission was accomplished, the only question was which player. Hines Ward won out...

Steelers? Don't you live in Philadelphia? Thanks to these guys and their certain father who received a lunch box when he was 6, our son is now a die hard Steelers fan....

Got food?

Molly Moo LOVES the frig - she cries when I close the door. So much to pull out, chew on and scatter all over the floor.

80 lbs.

"Mom, she's eighty pounds."

Thanks, Charlie. We'll keep workin' on that math...

snow day!

We had our first "real" snow today - They loved the sandbox covered in ice.

This is who ends up shoveling when Daddy is off in Chile wearing shorts in 90 degree temperatures....

Dem's camera

Dem got a camera for Christmas and hasn't stopped taking pictures since...

Rudolph

Reading with Charlie this week:

Me: And here are the deer (pointing to deer).
Charlie: No, Mom, those are rudolphs.
Me: It says deer.
Charlie (now laughing): Nooo, Mom. Those are RUDOLPHS.

Coat of Arms

Our latest school project/art project: Design your own Coat of Arms.
*Yes, Demaree is wearing a newborn sweater. This a battle we've chosen not to fight.
